IMF and U.S. Congress – making you pay for their failure, communist re-distribution through the backdoor
On November 5th 2013 an article on PersonalLiberty.com with the title “Are you prepared for a U.S. Bank Bail-In” reads as followed:
The days of the Federal government’s stealing money from taxpayers or borrowing it from the Federal Reserve to save troubled banks — as in it did in the 2008 crisis — may be over. Congress is considering imitating the theft in Cyprus and letting troubled banks “bail in” depositor money in order to make themselves solvent.
Jim Sinclair, chairman and CEO of Tanzania Royalty Exploration Corp., and whose family started Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers, and others, has been warning of this for a while:

What happened in Cyprus in 2008?
After the banks in the Tax oasis Cyprus crashed the local government decided to avoid tough constraints from the European Union and their extended arm the EZB (European Central Bank) they just take the money they need from the depositor savings.
The idea was that people who had savings there should do their share on rescuing the country by being forcefully stripped of 10% of their savings no matter if cash on a savings account or any form of assessment. After a major outcry in the public the Cyprus government paddled back and decided only people with more than € 10.000 Euro on savings are affected.
Could this happen in the U.S.?
Yes it can. According to the Personal Liberty Digest the United States Congress is already talking about a proper law that allows holding innocent Citizens responsible for the failure of Bank managers; the very same Bank-managers that we trust with our money.
But it gets worst
Bank-Managers are not the only irresponsible People with our money. Even worst is the Government and their denial to responsible administer the “People’s Money” commonly known as Tax revenue.
A new easy way out for Governments
In U.S. Mainstream media ignored, but in the European Media a huge Information-Bomb the IMF under Christine Lagarde came up with a radical idea on how governments could level their budgets.
Basis of the context is that the governments currently are and will not be capable of cutting their National debt and fulfill their fiscal responsibility of a balanced budget and no policy so far, investment and stimulus vs. Budget cuts, has been of any success.
And they really mean every savings no matter if it is cash on a savings-account or some sort of stock options. No matter if you are a private citizen, entrepreneur, small business owner or corporate owner.
And here is how it works
If you are a Private Citizen: Every responsible citizen tries to save some money. Either for the kid’s college, the well-deserved world travel in retirement, or just for hard times.
Savings are generally money “left” after it is taxed. This money then is called in the bankers’ language “Substance” or “Basics” because it is already taxed money. Now we are clear that on interests received on those saving substance we have to pay tax again – but ONLY on the interest and not again on the substance.
If the governments however follow the IMF guideline or idea then you are not only pay tax on your income and interest but also are stripped of 10% of the substance / stock option / retirement or any other saving.
If you are an Entrepreneur/Small business owner: You probably have a business account. After paying all your dues and fees to all sorts of state, federal or local governments you might save some money in a savings account – a so called “appropriation” for further investment and to grow your business.
In addition to what you now been stripped as Private Citizen (above) also your business appropriations is forcefully taxed. DON’T FORGET – IN ADDITION.
If you are a midsized Business owner (50 Employees and more) or corporate owner: Also to the two mentioned above add all your pensions’ funds and social funds you have aside for the wellbeing of your employees.
There is no limit to the upward spiral.
Christine Legard paddles back and relativized
After the publication hit the news, ignored by the U.S. Media it hit like a bomb in the European Media especially in Germany and Austria who have not only already been there but also those governments including the French government think very loudly for the longest time with this idea.
Facing public outcry over this idea Christine Legard, current chair of the IMF, immediately paddled back and announced that this is NOT policy only the summery of a brainstorming and analytical work by their think tank. But here is the real danger.
What is the IMF?
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an international organization that was initiated in 1944 at the Bretton Woods Conferenceand formally created in 1945 by 29 member countries. The IMF’s stated goal was to assist in the reconstruction of the world’s international payment system post–World War II. Countries contribute money to a pool through a quota system from which countries with payment imbalances can borrow funds temporarily. Through this activity and others such as surveillance of its members’ economies and the demand for self-correcting policies, the IMF works to improve the economies of its member countries.
The IMF describes itself as “an organization of 188 countries, working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce poverty around the world.” The organization’s stated objectives are to promote international economic co-operation, international trade, employment, and exchange rate stability, including by making financial resources available to member countries to meet balance of payments needs. Its headquarters are in Washington, D.C., United States.
Reading between the lines proves why this “analytical work” is so dangerous. While other think tanks usually serve as basis for broader discussion the ideas of the IMF usually become policy.
The IMF ideas usually become the worldwide policy and guidelines for key interest rates and the financial course of the member countries.
Officially disclaimed, the discussion over an extensive Debt-cut commonly known in the financial world as “haircut” is evident. The positive experience for debtors by haircuts in Cyprus and Greece increased the liking of this idea. Also evident is who will be paying for those haircuts at the end – those who still have the funds on day X.
Thus this idea of the IMF is nothing new. The basics of this study dates back to 1952 and the “German Model” also known as “Germany 1952”.
Back then German restructured his derailed national budget elegantly with a compulsory levy of 50% but not at once.
They did it in form of a 30 year limited “1.67 percent-once-a-year wealth compulsory levy”.
The renowned “Boston Consulting Group”, short BCG in September 2011 came out with a very similar idea. Under the title “Mesopotamia – the looming threat of debt reduction” this highly respected group suggests in their, publically not very well recognized, study a permanent compulsory levy.
You see this idea is not new after all.
Bank Bail-In & Government Bail-In
Putting 1+1 together the idea of the U.S. Congress, allowing a bank bail-in through customer compulsory levy makes a whole lot more sense when you look at the idea of the IMF.
What at the first look appears to be a favor to banks and a move towards responsible fiscal policy not making tax payers but rather customers responsible for their banks at a closer look appears to be a test run.
If people accept the idea of a bank bail-in why should they not accept a “Government bail-in”? Properly sold, and we know how good progressive Democrats play the media propaganda, people could actually think that this is a one-time deal and it helps the government.
After all, it was the Democrat John F. Kennedy that said in 1961 “Don’t ask what your government can do for you, ask what you can do for your government”.
Have you ever experienced that our or any western, government was learning from its mistakes? Have you ever experienced when the federal government increases the income through higher taxes they actually cut spending, be more responsible, pay off their debt and put money aside for hard times (as Texas does with the Rainy day fund)?
I didn’t and who tells us that this will be case when the IMF gets through with their idea? And who will tell us that this idea of the IMF remains a one-time deduction and not a permanent re-distribution?

How the former Miss USA 2003, Harvard Lawyer and Republican Hopeful can salvage the GOP’s Image and easy become the Democrats Nightmare in 2014 AND in 2016
Fact is the Republican Party has among many others two major problems; one is the trench-warfe between the establishment, the Independent and the Grassroots Conservatives on one side and second Problem the GOP has is a major image problem. Those are facts we cannot deny.
Especially the latter is a major issue. While Conservatives have in every aspect no matter if it is social, economic or any other issue the better answers, solutions and ideas, the Democrats sell themselves better by using general known Communication tactics (Topic of my next column) as well as Saul Alinsky tactics to give the GOP the bad image of a Racists, woman hating, coldhearted Party that only cares for the rich.
There is hope
Outspoken Senators Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Liberty Issues and Ted Cruz “Missile” on ObamaCare not only rule the media but also the social networks among Grassroots Conservatives, Libertarians and Tea-Party activists.
But we also have to look into the nearby future and prepare for 2014 to maintain majority in congress and regain control over the Senate.
There are more true conservatives that need our attention and support. One of them is the young Lady I am about to introduce.
A young Lady that fights a fearless concentrated and neither in the regular media nor in the social media almost not-acknowledged fights for her political future in one of the Bluest States of the Nation – Illinois.
And it is a shame that she seems to vanish in lack of nationwide recognition because SHE IS the type of person we need in the GOP as the future. And she can drive the Progressive Liberals nuts, which sure is a major bonus.
She is outspoken, highly intelligent, young and beautiful enough to appeal to the younger voters has true conservative values without the Schoolmaster appearance of the Old-Man-Establishment.
Meet Erika N. Harold
Small town girl next door Erika N. Harold is everything but the “average Girl-Next-Door”. She is one of the most intelligent, interesting, and amazing characters in today’s politics.
Far away from the Democrat accusations of the GOP being a white-man-racist Party Erika is the living proof we are not. And she has a record that speaks volumes.
Born in February 20, 1980 Erika grows up in Urbana, Illinois a rural 37,000 people town with an amazing varied ethnical background.
On her father’s side she has Greek, German and Welsh ancestry and on her mother’s side Native-American, African-American and Russian descent.
Erika attended University High school and Urbana High School in Urbana Illinois. In 2007 she graduated with a B.A. as a Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her law degree from Harvard University J.D. in 2007.

Morality seems to be a tricky thing, especially when you one is a hypocritical society. Muslims are like that.
Islam, the most inhumane and oppressive society who reserves the right to oppress their woman, under the religious claim of morality have no shame to surround this “faith” when poverty is big.
Muslim woman have to be virgin’s when get married otherwise the chosen husband can not only reject her but also throw her out of the house leaving her with absolute nothing. Austrian Newspaper Kronen Zeitung reports August 7th 2013, in reference to an article of the Inter Press Service how Egypt families “sell” their under-aged girls between 11 and 18 years to Sex tourists mostly from Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Tourists, looking for sex with Young Girls, have it easy in some rural areas in Egypt: They are being temporarily “married” with their victims – bound to give this copulation, despite the fact that Child-marriages are prohibited, a legal cover. Some Girls are as much as 60 times married before they turn 18, according to an Egypt Government organization.
Despite the fact that Egypt government prohibits by law under aged marriage for person under the age of 18 due to increasing poverty in rural areas where people in general have to make a living of $ 1.50 USD per day young girls have become the biggest commodity to boost family income.
Rich men buy childlike „Wife’s“
Thousands of girls between the age of 11 and 18 are being married to rich and much older men – especially from the Arab Gulf Region as the News agency Inter Press Service reports in their article “Underage Girls Are Egypt’s Summer Rental” Reports. According to the report the men are stormed by so called “brokers” in poor rural towns, depending on the desire hey can “marry” a girl for either a day or several month. Chosen the latter the girls are not only raped they also have to follow their “Husbands to his Home country and work there as charwoman. Some others are also forced into Prostitution.
Enormous Money for poor families
The money cashed for the fake marriages are being split between the broker and the family of the victims. A “single day marriage” costs approximately 800 Egypt Pounds ($ 120 USD), marriage for an entire summer costs between 20,000 and 70,000 Egypt Pounds ($ 2,940 and 10,000 USD).
„They understand that their families have sold them“
For the Victims the psychological impact is enormous says Shinouda. “The Girls know that they are exploited by their parents. They understand that their parents sold them”. Individual rights for the girls are non-existing because the Wedding is officially not valid. Re-integrate the girls back in society is not all that easy – when returned home, usually they are immediately sold to another prospective customer.
I never understood disgusting actions like “Sex Tourism” where usually man from Western Countries, at home acting like honorable citizens with families and children travel to countries like China, Thailand or any other poor countries to basically rape small children.
It is disgusting, and beyond words.
In the liberal biased La-La World where nobody wants to be responsible for his actions and nobody seems to care about the hardship of those young girls, and society has turned a blind eye finding excuses for that “Sub-Human” man.
It makes me sick to the stomach that there is no coverage, no outcry for the victims, where are the liberal progressive support groups who make those rapists pay for what they do – nothing. It almost seems like this inappropriate and this sick behavior has become the new normal (something I REJECT TO ACCEPT).
Poverty is in my humble opinion NOT AN excuse to exploit young little girls as young as 11 years old for sex to disgusting old man who have no morals and no values.
So next time Muslims claim their high moral values and try to excuse the oppression and enslavement of their woman under the cover of religion and explain the same to avoid immoral behavior to protect them know that they are not even a spit better than the west.
They are just as sick and disgusting as western man who indulges prostitution, and child prostitution with children that could be their daughters.
I am no psychologist but I always wonder, when a man goes to a young girl in Thailand and he looks at that 11, 12, 13 year old girl, if he has children what goes on in his mind.
Honestly I don’t want to know – It is disgusting and makes me sick.

A book I can only recommend but also urge every divorced man no matter if you are ready to date or not to read. You never know when you need this advice. I wish I would have had this book years ago.

WSJ: To question, “Could Texas become a blue state?” Gov. Rick Perry “emits a hearty guffaw”
“The University of Texas will change its colors to maroon and white before Texas goes purple, much less blue.”
Gov. Perry was in D.C. Friday and Saturday. He met with Republican governors, most of whom – but not Perry – also attended the winter meeting of the National Governors Association, which included a Sunday night dinner at the White House. (Perry returned home Saturday.)
The Wall Street Journal interview with Perry noted that, “Many political pollsters and demographers predict the state could get wobbly sooner than many Republicans think, possibly going blue by as early as 2020.
“Gov. Perry rejects that notion with his own version of “Remember the Alamo.” Why?
“It’s because of freedom,” he says. “People in Texas truly aspire to freedom. They don’t want government coming in and telling them how much of this or how much of that.”
“At heart, he argues, there’s just something about Texas. “Democrats are about government getting bigger and bigger and government providing more and more,” he says. “Texans have never been for that, and Texans never will.”
Not so fast
Not everyone in the Texas GOP shares Perry’s sure confidence.
At Real Clear Politics, Scott Conroy visited Austin and reports that, “While the knee-jerk reaction among many Republicans would be to dismiss the idea that the state could be competitive in 2016 — just four years after Mitt Romney carried it by 16 points over President Obama — Texas GOP Chairman Steve Munisteri is in no mood to sneer.
“In an interview with RCP, Munisteri said that he has long taken seriously the possibility that Texas could become a battleground as early as 2016, particularly if Hillary Clinton becomes the Democratic standard-bearer.

Dallas Rep. says Texas must prove to the nation that the red mega-state can be governed not only conservatively but well.
Good morning Austin.
This is Rep. Dan Branch , R-Dallas, speaking at yesterday’s day-long Texas Conservative Roundtable Policymakers Conference at the Omni downtown.
“Michigan and Ohio were once great economic engines. If i were California I’d be very concerned about the direction of my state. I mean there’s a state that added congressional seats in every decennial census until this last time. Texas added four new congressional seats. No other state added four. No other state added three. Very few added two. We are the states that’s moving and therefore, as everyone pays attention to us, we beter be responsible with that and show that a conservative, red state, right-of-center state, can govern itself and can solve the issues of the day, the problems and challenges of the day.”
That set the tone for the conference, which began with opening remarks by House Speaker Joe Straus, who said conservatives must “recognize that a healthy business climate requires more than low taxes. The people of this state, young and old, urban and rural, want to know Texas will have the water, the roads and the workers that we will need in order to grow.”
There were panels on education, transportation, healthcare, the budget, water and energy. Branch, who chairs the House Higher Education Committee, and others on the education panel, recognized that Texas is a state in some peril.
Bill Hammond , president and CEO of the Texas Association of Business. “Unless we get this issue we’re discussing right, unfortunately Dr. (Steve) Murdock (Rice University demographer) will be right. He’s predicted that by 2040, 30 percent of adult Texans will lack a high school diploma unless we do a beter job of of educating our young people. That’s third world country territory for Texas … Our best educated are old people like me and that’s not good for our future.”
Rep. Jimmie Don Aycock , R-Killeen, co-chair of the Joint Select Committee on Public School Finance. “Unless we turn around the black student, the brown student, the poor white student, our future workforce is dismal.”
Branch said that on education, water, roads and power, Texas had to rise to the occasion.
“If we don’t succeed people will say, OK, you had low taxation, you had light regulation, but you failed in the most fundamental areas of limited government, you didn’t invest in infrastructure, you had a massive influx of people – 1,200 a day – and you failed to secure your future.”
It was hard to know exactly what to make of the Texas Conservative Roundtable, which is only about a year old. The lead organizer of yesterday’s conference was Chuck Hahn of Southlake, a Texan of relatively recent vintage who served as chief of staff to California State Senate Republican leader, Dave Cogdill.
AgendaWise last year traced some of its funding indirectly to Straus.
The conference had its corporate sponsors: BP America, ANGA, Pioneer Natural Resources USA, AT&T Services, the Texas Farm Bureau, Wagner Oil, America’s Natural Gas Alliance, Hayden Oil & Gas and Gategreen Partners.
From Straus, who opened the day, to critical legislators like Branch, who peopled its panels, to Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst , who closed the day, it had heavyweight participation. But to call attendance light would be generous. Never more than 50 and sometimes fewer than 20.
“The whole point of this is not to have an agenda but to have a conversation,” said Dallas attorney Brigham McCown , a member of the TCR board.
But, almost as soon as it was formed, TCR issued a legislative scorecard for the last session and, after it develops an agenda for this session based on conversations like yesterday’s, it will do the same for this session.
Gromer Jeffers reports in The Dallas Morning News that Branch is considering running for attorney general if Greg Abbott decides to seek another office.
“It’s not a burp; it’s barely a fart.”
That’s how California Gov. Jerry Brown dismissed Gov. RIck Perry’s California radio ads inviting California businesses to relocate to the greener pastures of Texas. The Dallas Morning News’ Wayne Slater reported that at media availability at a UPS distribution center Tuesday, Brown said the measly $24,000 radio ad buy, paid for by TexasOne, a public-private partnership, was too piddling to be taken seriously.
“If they want to get in the game, let them spend $25 million on radio and television. Then I’ll take them seriously,” said Brown.
Machine Gun Morgan
CNN host Piers Morgan, who backs an assault weapons ban, brought his show to a gun store in Katy, Texas, Monday night, where he tried firing a machine gun and interviewed Attorney General Greg Abbott , who, when asked why anyone would need such weaponry, answered: “The [Mexican] cartels and the drug dealers are crossing the border confronting ranchers on an ongoing basis in the state of Texas. They deserve, under the Second Amendment, to have the ability to meet force with force, which is what the Second Amendment guarantees. So these ranchers need to be able to protect themselves.”
On his Facebook page, Gov. Rick Perry , wrote that he and “all Texas law-abiding gun owners hope that Piers Morgan enjoyed Texas. He failed, however, to convince anyone that citizens should lose the ability to protect themselves and their families by having their 2nd Amendment rights and freedoms taken from them.” [......]

And if you are, like me, not the whiner and complainer, or worst I-know-it-all-kind of-guy but rather the problem solver you might have looked for advice and found plenty of useless online dating advice from self-declared “Dating Guru’s” or worst even some woman who tried to tell you that you have to use seduction and be the bad guy to get you somewhere.
Also there is plenty of advice out there for woman but only a few advice books for man.
After reading Dr. Christie Hartman’s book “Changing your Game” I can assure any man to stop looking for false advice – THIS BOOK IS ALL YOU NEED.
What makes this book better than others even perfect
One thing I like about this book is that it is fascinating written. Even if you have a long work day and cannot read it all at once – the chapters are written in a form that you find yourself eager to see how it continues.
And on top of it, this is the kind of book that you DON’T want to put in a corner once you read it – ON A CONTRARY – whenever you find yourself in a difficult situation and look for advice all you need is this book to see what solutions are the best suitable for the situation.
This book also covers a broad spectrum of what a man wants and needs to know about woman and dating (conventional and online). Let’s face it though my old grand pappy used to say man can never understand woman, or some guys think they know it all – this is nonsense; just as it is nonsense that all woman “tick” equally. Women just like man are individually only their genetic programing is similar and in order to become more successful one needs to understand the basics.
Another reason why this book is fascinating written for me – most psychologists use language that is far beyond understanding and in “Doctors language” makes you constantly feel like you are dumber than the rest – NOT THIS ONE.
Dr. Hartman uses some clear language, easy to understand, reject the overuse of psychological loanwords and uses examples out of life and sometimes out of her own experience.
She makes clear statements without the finger pointing. What she does is, in her own professional way she points out the facts without making a man feel like a moron.
This Book is perfect for every problem solver and those who want to learn how to solve their problems in dating and as a continuing reference book.
All this from a woman’s perspective without feeling the need to put man down and give you the impression that only bad guys get the girls. After reading her book now I know that even a good guy with old fashioned morals and manners can get the right woman (even hot ones) if he stops making the same mistake over and over but rather solve the problems.
And Dr. Hartman’s book is the perfect guideline for that.
Who should read this book:
Problem solvers of all kind: Now we man tend to think two dimensional and based on our profession (Lawyers like Lawyers, Engineers like Engineers) and tend to approach the problem solving in a way we work. “Changing your Game” however shows you different perspectives without making you feel like you suck. Just from the woman’s perspective based on real life examples and her own experience during her own dating time.
Complainers who are tired of complaining and finally want results, and learn how to solve the problem; and the problem is the man not the woman.
And last but not least Woman to understand the hassle man go through during dating and why they react how they react.
Like not all woman are the same not all man are the same and woman might want to know how to read a man and there is no better way to understand what man go through then getting it from THIS BOOK where Dr. Hartman gives man advice on how to deal with sometimes more and sometimes less difficult dating situations and more or less difficult woman situations.
At the same time every man should read Dr. Hartman’s book “It’s not Him, It’s YOU: the truth you may not want – but need – to Hear” to understand what woman go through when dating and get a better understanding.
What I don’t like about this book
It did not come out or brought to me 5 years ago I would be finally married by now and not have made so many mistakes.
This is a book I suggest for every guy out there who is in the dating field and sometimes gets really tired of it because of lack of success or he feels used.
This is a book every dater wants and needs to have and once he is finished Dating and caught in the blessing of a relationship and/or marriage this is a book he wants to pass on to his friends.

Starting at the end of 2012 with the “fiscal cliff” negotiations, it seems clear that America will jump from one fiscal crisis to another so long as Washington refuses to acknowledge its addiction to government spending. Like all addicts, they need to get beyond the denial stage before they (we all) hit rock bottom.

Now, the question is what are we going to do about the real problem… Now it’s time to pivot and turn to the real issue, which is our spending addiction.”[....]
