Best Guide on the Market for men getting back into Dating after Divorce
Dating is difficult for all of us and especially once you are divorced, out of the scene for quite a while and have children like I do. It is difficult to deal with. And there is a lot of confusing signals women send we guys have a hard time to understand.
Christie Hartman’s previous book „Changing your Game: A Man’s guide to success with woman“, already gave me a whole new perspective and chance to view not only woman and their needs differently but also my approach.
This new book here “Back in the Game: Succeeding with woman after Divorce” connects directly to the previous one only with the main focus on divorced man with/or without children. Since being divorced and having a child is one of the most difficult basics for dating Christie’s book is the best guidance a man can have.
Christie does not focus on the average “Back in the saddle no matter what pick up tactics” but rather approaches all the difficulties a man can face, offers amazing easy approaches, opportunities and strategies to choose from.
It is witty, filled with personal experience and research experience what makes it “Out-of-life”, easy to read, and even if you don’t have time to go through the entire book right away once you started you can’t stop or wait to continue reading, it is polite and still to the point, and written in a language a normal guy understands easy.
Once you read this book as a divorced man you are actually eager to get back in the dating scene because you feel way more confident, and equipped for the new challenge of dating then you have before.
A book I can only recommend but also urge every divorced man no matter if you are ready to date or not to read. You never know when you need this advice. I wish I would have had this book years ago.

If you are, like me, for a long time in the dating scene looking for the right one, you might have experienced it all: From a few success stories to plenty of rejection and disappointment. And if you are, like me, not the whiner and complainer, or worst I-know-it-all-kind of-guy but rather the problem solver you might have looked for advice and found plenty of useless online dating advice from self-declared “Dating Guru’s” or worst even some woman who tried to tell you that you have to use seduction and be the bad guy to get you somewhere.
Also there is plenty of advice out there for woman but only a few advice books for man.
After reading Dr. Christie Hartman’s book “Changing your Game” I can assure any man to stop looking for false advice – THIS BOOK IS ALL YOU NEED.
What makes this book better than others even perfect
One thing I like about this book is that it is fascinating written. Even if you have a long work day and cannot read it all at once – the chapters are written in a form that you find yourself eager to see how it continues.
And on top of it, this is the kind of book that you DON’T want to put in a corner once you read it – ON A CONTRARY – whenever you find yourself in a difficult situation and look for advice all you need is this book to see what solutions are the best suitable for the situation.
This book also covers a broad spectrum of what a man wants and needs to know about woman and dating (conventional and online). Let’s face it though my old grand pappy used to say man can never understand woman, or some guys think they know it all – this is nonsense; just as it is nonsense that all woman “tick” equally. Women just like man are individually only their genetic programing is similar and in order to become more successful one needs to understand the basics.
Another reason why this book is fascinating written for me – most psychologists use language that is far beyond understanding and in “Doctors language” makes you constantly feel like you are dumber than the rest – NOT THIS ONE.
Dr. Hartman uses some clear language, easy to understand, reject the overuse of psychological loanwords and uses examples out of life and sometimes out of her own experience.
She makes clear statements without the finger pointing. What she does is, in her own professional way she points out the facts without making a man feel like a moron.
This Book is perfect for every problem solver and those who want to learn how to solve their problems in dating and as a continuing reference book.
All this from a woman’s perspective without feeling the need to put man down and give you the impression that only bad guys get the girls. After reading her book now I know that even a good guy with old fashioned morals and manners can get the right woman (even hot ones) if he stops making the same mistake over and over but rather solve the problems.
And Dr. Hartman’s book is the perfect guideline for that.
Who should read this book:
Problem solvers of all kind: Now we man tend to think two dimensional and based on our profession (Lawyers like Lawyers, Engineers like Engineers) and tend to approach the problem solving in a way we work. “Changing your Game” however shows you different perspectives without making you feel like you suck. Just from the woman’s perspective based on real life examples and her own experience during her own dating time.
Complainers who are tired of complaining and finally want results, and learn how to solve the problem; and the problem is the man not the woman.
And last but not least Woman to understand the hassle man go through during dating and why they react how they react.
Like not all woman are the same not all man are the same and woman might want to know how to read a man and there is no better way to understand what man go through then getting it from THIS BOOK where Dr. Hartman gives man advice on how to deal with sometimes more and sometimes less difficult dating situations and more or less difficult woman situations.
At the same time every man should read Dr. Hartman’s book “It’s not Him, It’s YOU: the truth you may not want – but need – to Hear” to understand what woman go through when dating and get a better understanding.
What I don’t like about this book
It did not come out or brought to me 5 years ago I would be finally married by now and not have made so many mistakes.
Overall
This is a book I suggest for every guy out there who is in the dating field and sometimes gets really tired of it because of lack of success or he feels used.
This is a book every dater wants and needs to have and once he is finished Dating and caught in the blessing of a relationship and/or marriage this is a book he wants to pass on to his friends.

Sgt. Reckless, USMC – the real War Horse
With the new Family movie „War Horse“ Steven Spielberg, horse lover and genius movie director Steven Spielberg, who never rode a horse himself but owns 4 stallions, fulfilled himself a passion.
He tells the story of the friendship between a young man and a horse. The horse drafted in World War 1 into the British Army becoming an icon and hero.
Steven Spielberg’s story of course is fiction.
But here is the story of a real life horse that became a true War hero during the Korean War. She gives the motto “Semper Fi” a whole new meaning
RECKLESS – THE REAL WAR HORSE

I’m sure that you, like me, have never heard of this horse before, but the narrator is right – her story should be told.
Reckless was a pack horse during the Korean war, and she carried recoilless rifles, ammunition and supplies to Marines. Nothing too unusual about that, lots of animals got pressed into doing pack chores in many wars.
But this horse did something more during the battle for a location called Outpost Vegas: This mare made 51 trips up and down the hill on one day alone. On the way up, she carried ammunition, and on the way down she carried wounded soldiers. What was so amazing? Well, she made virtually every one of those trips without anyone leading her.
Imagine a horse carrying a wounded soldier, being smacked on the rump at the top of the hill, and heading back to the safety of the rear. But to imagine the same horse, loaded with ammunition, and trudging back to the battle where artillery is going off, without anyone leading her is unbelievable. How many horses would even make it back to the barn once, let alone return to you in the field one single time?
How bad was the battle for Outpost Vegas? Artillery rounds fell at the rate of 500 per minute, and only two men from one company made it out alive. Just two.
As for Reckless, well, she was wounded twice in the battle, but she didn’t get a trip Stateside like other GI’s. She continued to assist Marines: carry ammunition, stringing communication line, whatever was asked of her.
She was retired at the Marine Corps Base in Camp Pendleton where General Randolph McC Pate – the Commandant of the entire Marine Corps – issued the following order… She was never to carry any more weight on her back, except her own blankets.
Her Military Decorations included two Purple Hearts, Good Conduct Medal, Presidential Unit Citation with Star, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, and Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, all of which she wore proudly on her red and gold blanket.
She died in 1968 at the age of 20.
In the 1990s, she was featured in the LIFE magazine collector’s edition ‘Celebrating Our Heroes’ as one of America ‘s 100 greatest heroes of all time, alongside George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Mother Teresa.

September 11, 2001 – My memory of that day
Saginaw, Texas: It was a few days before when my friend David called me up asking me if I could help him with his construction site on his house in Saginaw. He built on an extra room, the roofer was supposed to come and he needed it done before he arrived.
David, a religious man, married to Donna with 2 children, one son out of the house and one teenage daughter at home, is a former Air Force pilot now flying for American Airlines and theNew Yorkroute is his route. David is the calmest person, always a forgiving smile on his face, never swearing and never using bad or harsh words. He and I took the days off to get his house ready for the roofer.
The day started as usual, sunny and bright and we were full of energy to get that thing done. 99.5 Texas Country station is playing it songs, the radio full speed (I love country music), and I am singing the songs along with the radio in the, for me usual style: Loud, off-key, but with lots of joy in my heart and we are having a great time.
Next thing I know David (listening to a different station) yells: TOM SHUT UP. Wow, I have never heard him use this kind of language.
What did I do wrong? OK, I know my singing is closer to domestic insult than to singing, but it ain’t that bad. The very next second 99.5 the wolf stops its program. People screaming on the radio THE TOWER IS HIT;
Disbelief, confusion on the radio, and the host is asking for confirmation. David runs into the house and turns on the TV, me down the ladder in one jump from the first floor following him.
We watch TV, and my first response is: “What sick stupid TV show is this?” David looks at me: “NO Show, reality”. Still can’t believe it when we see the second plane crashing in the other twin tower.
Do you know the feeling when you are falling in a big hole with no end to come? That’s how I felt. My eyes saw it, but my brain couldn’t assimilate. We are the safest country in the world, never been attacked?
In minute’s the news continued: Pentagon hit, not confirmed, pentagon hit, now confirmed. A fourth Airplane was set for the White House but crashed in PA – not confirmed – Now confirmed.
Telephones are ringing, nobody answers; another plane down inPennsylvania. Donna comes home yelling at David because he did not pick up the phone just to, in the next second, holding him tight crying because he is alive and safe.
Phone rings in minutes – People want to know if David is at home. There is confusion everywhere.
I feel like I’m in the wrong movie here. On auto-pilot I walk out cleaning up the tools. Everybody deals differently with shock, and I was still in some sort of bubble, my brain refused to realize what just happened.
Back in the house Heather, the daughter was there, we all had tears in our eyes. I had to get out. I drove down the street to my church. The church was full, filled with people normally never attending church next to regular church visitors and members of the congregation.
I realized we are under attack. We’ve been hit. We sit there for hours praying, crying, and holding on to one another.
I drive home and turn on the TV, seeing Muslims all over the world cheering and burning American Flags. Anger crawls up in me.
I lived in Muslims countries during my time in the service, but those protesters were far away. They angered me, but didn’t really bother me.
All of a sudden I realized – the enemy is not far away, he is right here among us in Muslim community centers and mosques, and he is waiting to strike again.
Right here among us, constantly whining and complaining about how poorly they feel treated, having their soft-spoken representatives appearing on TV, not apologizing or condemning the action – No, blaming the American society, and puling the discrimination card. I am so sick of them.
Until that day I used my guns only for hunting, but since that day I never leave the house without a gun.

Department of Homeland security issues a Terror warning nationwide over unconfirmed Terror Threats on 9/11 anniversary.
Not that this would make any difference. A) every expert agrees that Terrorist success is the surprise attack so I believe they wait until the entire festivity is over and Americans feel way too safe again when they strike and B) even if our brave men and women in the New York Police department finds them, they won’t really be prosecuted with ISNA, CAIR and MSA established in the DOJ.

The German government also confirmed that there are at least 1,000 known Jihadist sleepers inGermany; the estimated dark number of sleepers is unknown.
Why, because as soon as police start investigating, Muslim “Community and Cultural Centers,” instead of supporting the investigation, they’d rather file lawsuits for discrimination and start crying on national TV about racism.
And it is not a secret that there are thousands of Muslim terrorists as sleepers in the United States, sneaked in over the Mexican border, the same border Obama and Napolitano try so desperately to keep open for illegal crossing.
They are too busy anyway molesting 80 year old grandmothers in adult diapers or babies in the airport, or chasing Americans who dare to disagree with the current situation.
Better molesting our own citizens than doing proper police work and profiling.
Ten years after nothing has really changed, we are still under attack. At the beginning of June 2011, a new OSCE study was revealed, and widely ignored by the American Media, stating that worldwide 105,000 Christians (1 every 5 minutes) are murdered for their beliefs and their faith.
No, I am not giving a history lesson here from the medieval times; I am talking about the 21st Century and 2011.
What is the OSCE
Most Americans are familiar with the United Nations, and aware that this rather questionable organization is divided into many smaller sub-organizations operating independently from each other with one common goal – to undermine State independency of sovereign nations using UN funded NGO groups as their spearhead.
At the first view the UN appears to be red taped and absolutely chaotic where the left hand does not know what the right hand does. But that is a wrong assumption. Their independent funded NGO’s established in their respective countries work very well in their hands.
In the United States are those organizations such as the ACLU, ACORN, diverse UNIONS, self-declared “representatives of Minorities” such as the radical Terrorist tied CAIR and so forth.
The system is simple; the UN officially sponsors those groups together with the liberal Democrats. The NGO’s file Lawsuits to dismantle our constitution, our independency and destroy our social system and once this is accomplished the OSCE as the watchdog for Humans rights observes the enforcement of the new rules.
One of the organizations in the United States is rather unknown – the OSCE. And the name is here NOT program.
OSCE or in other words Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe is not limited to Europe as the name might indicate.
OSCE is the largest security-oriented intergovernmental organization in the sense of Chapter VIII of the United Nations Charter. It mandates issues such as ARMS CONTROL, Human Rights, Freedom of Press and fair elections and many more.
The headquarters is in Vienna, Austria, but only 10% of its 3,500 plus staff are stationed there the rest is engaged in field operations. The current Unites States representative to the OSCE is Ian C. Kelly with the rank of Ambassador.
In the past few years the OSCE has made a name for itself as an Israel bashing organization considering the “poor and oppressed Muslims” the victims of prejudice thinking. They’re pushing for a Palestinian state regardless of the fact that Palestinians are lead by CAIR financed, Terrorist organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah, and regardless of the fact that this would put the safety of Israel at risk.
Also, for several years OSCE has ignored the fact that Christians worldwide become more and more a persecuted Religion.
But in June2011 areport from the same organization proves that this is exactly what is happening.
Mario Mauro, an OSCE Representative against racism and a member of the European Union parliament published at the Catholic Rimini meeting that there is War going on against Christians.
Worldwide 75 of 100 people that are murdered for their faith are Christians.
Mauro quotes: “On top of the list is North Korea; an atheist country prohibiting every form of religion. However: 35 of the named 50 countries are Muslim countries. This produces serious questions about the dialog between us and the majoritarian Muslim Countries. The most important countries are Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Irak, where a bloodbath is going on and Christians are forced to try to escape which causes the expedition of the destabilization of the already agonized countries”.

Mauro also states that modern dayEurope is not free of “Christophobia”. He mentions Court rulings in countries concerning the removal of the Cross in School classes or termination of employment of Christians who had the picture of Jesus at their Workplace.
But the past few years we have had the same problems in the United States. Besides the permanent attempt of Radical Muslim groups to install Sharia Law, and destroy Christianity in the United States we actually do not need the Muslims because we have the enemy within.
The Unites States is built by Judeo Christians on Judeo Christian values and our founding fathers had God in mind in every sentence they wrote in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of theUnited States.
But we have the UN and Liberal democrat funded Groups, such as ACORN, ACLU, and many other so called liberal groups that fight like lions, funded with tax Dollars to destroy Christianity piece by piece and take God out of our everyday life.
Tolerance
Muslims lobby for tolerance for their religion and buy a piece of property in Katy, Texas right next to a pig farm demanding that the pig farmer must move.
Atheists fly Airplanes on Independence Day 2011 with the words: “Godless America” for more tolerance for Atheists. (And if you think mainstream media has covered that insult on everything dear to the American people – think twice – this has been ignored all along).
NBC “drops” God in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Tolerance for Muslims, Atheists, Transsexuals, Homosexuals, and God knows what other sick groups run around.
But the tolerance ends on those who refuse to submit to this so called alternative lifestyle or demand to respect their heritage – the Christians.
In order to get their way so called “Interest groups” have to destroy Christianity. And the easiest way is through Lawsuits and declaring Christian positions mentally ill.
Using the word “phobia” behind everything indicates an unnecessary fear and therefore a mental illness.
At the same time they use our court system to discriminate against our faith, beliefs, moral and ethical values, and try to prohibit their use in public.
While Muslim countries openly slaughter Christians on a daily basis their representatives in America and Europe roll out their PR machinery to cover it up. By playing the part of the victims of prejudice they are trying to distract us from their violence against our Christian brothers and sisters.

Ann-Marie Murrell said it pretty clear in her 3 part column: “Tolerance is a one way street in Liberal Land”.
Just as Chuck Norris in his 2 part 4th of July column in Townhall.com: “Our founders vs. NBC and New York Atheists”.
This is nothing but a legal version of Christian persecution. What really worries me is this:
Not one so called mainstream media outlet has taken on the story of the OSCE and the Christian persecution.
If 5 Muslims die or anybody dares to criticize Muslim beliefs or Sharia Law, the Media is full of defensive articles, if Christians protest against Abortion or demand their faith and beliefs need to be respected they are characterized by the media as “Radicals”.
But the fact that it is actually the Christians who are being discriminated against even in our own home country the United States is completely ignored.
And the churches are silent. The largest Christian Church the Catholics and the Pope as their leader do and say nothing about this. On the contrary they preach diversity and ally with those who try to destroy us.

The U.N. Dilemma with Syria
For a month the turmoil’s also known as “Arab Spring” has reachedSyria. President Bashar al-Assad battles with the upmost brutality.
Thousands of dead protesters shock the world and the ultra liberal Europeans don’t seem to understand why nobody is willing to take action against the tyrannical dictator.
As usual the European Leftist media launches the standard accusation against the United States and the United nations, claiming that they don’t care about the dead because Syria has no oil to offer. Unlike Libya who is one of the richest countries in Oil and gas resources.
Europe is the largest business partner inLibya, Europe obtains the majority of its oil and gas needs (Austria for example a total of 25% of its Oil and Gas needs) from Libya.
The United States is only allowed to pay for the War they fight on behalf of the hypocritical Europeans.
But back to Syria and the claim nobody seems to care about the dead protesters and the genocide produced by the local government. Claiming economical interest or the lack of the same is way too easy and way too far from reality.
The truth is that politics is like a chess game. And every chess player knows one always thinks three moves ahead. And that is the real reason why the United Nations cannot surmount itself to harsher sanctions against Syria.
Syria is already a financially and economically challenged country and lives mostly on its banking system, providing the bank accounts not only for Saudi Countries, but also for Iran. Iran has tough UN resolutions on their back and cannot, like any other country, perform its business publically.
Syrian Banks provide the opportunity forIran to buy and sell all kinds of goods from Russia, China, and other Iran-friendly countries, performing and processing bank services. That also includes payments from and to Terror organizations.
Also, Saudi Arabian Countries finance “questionable Groups” through Syria. Payments Saudi Countries do not want the U.S.to know about in order not to jeopardize their Oil business. Criminalists would call it money laundering.
And then there is the United Nations and here is the chess game that comes in.
Between Syria and Israel is the so called UNDOF unit. United Nations Disengagement Observer Forces, with order to protect and uphold the weapons hold status between Syria and Israel.
But the UN is not an occupant and is only there because Syria agreed to it in a contract, which means if Assad feels betrayed by the UN he can easily and without giving any explanation withdraw the permission to have this unit on his soil and that would be devastating for the UN and their radical upcoming agenda in September.
Let’s play that through for the moment.
Eventuality 1:
The United Nations not only strongly condemns, but also punishes Syria for its genocide even threatening military action, and Bashar al-Assad withdraws his permission having UN peacekeeping soldiers on Syrian property.
That is what Iran is waiting for. 427,000 Palestinian refugees from Lebanon will immediately come over the Golan Heights smuggler routes joining forces with 478,000 Palestinian refugees inSyria.
With practically no puffer provided by the UN forces 905,000 Palestinians will make a run forIsrael’s borders trying to overrun them.
Israel will have no other choice than to gather the majority of its troops on the Syrian border in order to stop the flood of Palestinians.
This is exactly what Ahmedinejad of Iran needs, claiming an Israeli attack on Syria, which allows him to come to the aid of his “Syrian brothers”.
Meanwhile, the borders to Gaza and the West bank are weakened and an additional 4.1 Million Palestinians (2.5 Million from the West Bank and 1.6 Million from Gaza) attack Israel seeing their chance to finally do what Hamas and Hezbollah dream of – the final destruction of Israel and the taking over of the entire country.
And if anybody thinks the remaining 2 Million Palestinians inJordan can be stopped they are a fool.
As of here the world has only 2 choices: Sit back and watchIsrael die or interfere with a combined force which will end in a long-lasting brutal war if not a world war or worse a nuclear war.
4,300 Syrian refuges are already inside Turkey, the Financial Times reports and thousands more are to be expected. In case of an outbreak of war on Syria those refugees could easily become guerilla fighters having enough support in a highly muslimized country like Turkey. The third World War would be on.

Either way the radical UN Agenda of building a Palestinian state in September recognized and accepted by the world community is nothing more than wishful thinking.
Eventuality 2:
The United Nations keeps doing what they do best, hold meaningless negotiations and weak condemnations against Syria assuring that Assad is not too offended and the situation clears itself up.
That way their radical Agenda of building a Palestine State in September is not in jeopardy at all.
Bottom line is: European allegations that the world does not interfere because of lack of resources is nonsense.
The U.S. does not interfere because it is not our problem and the UN considers the slaughtered victims inSyria collateral damage for their higher Palestinian Agenda in September.

Israel’s Nightmare – forcefully back to 1967
The United Nations is well known for hiding its radical dream of being the world’s government behind their alleged humanitarian agenda.
The United Nation is also very well known for their perfidious chess games in order to reach their hidden goals and agendas.
But the pathetic and extremely dangerous game the United Nations is playing right now with Israel in order to achieve their agenda of a Palestinian State is beyond every imagination and could cost the State of Israel a lot more than just the endangerment of their country – it could cost the existence of the State of Israel period.

In my last column I wondered why the United Nations had not prevented the riot of Palestinian protesters on ‘Nakba-Day’ at the Syria/Israel weapons hold line; though they had stationed a 1,500 man strong UNDOF unit there with over 40 years of experience.
The more I think about this the more sense it makes that these “Riots” have been a “dress rehearsal” for something way bigger to come, something that is as radical as it is dangerous for the entire State of Israel and yet it is a stroke of genius in the planning.
Tunisia: When the riots started in January inTunisia and then spread throughout the northern African Muslim regions the whole world lead by the United Nations cheered for the “peaceful protesters” who wanted to take over their countries and chase their dictatorial oppressors out.
Back then I had already warned that this would be an uncontrollable wildfire and even predicted pretty accurately which country would fall. And it happened just as it had to happen and exactly as predicted by me and many of my colleague’s one country after the next fell.
After Egypt, when Obama for the first time publically supported the Muslim Brotherhood, despite all the warnings from conservative forces all over the world, the agenda and plan became a pattern though it was not yet obvious to see.
In Libya President Obama and the United Nation for the first time showed openly a sign of their agenda when they decided to support the protesters with military force. Under the cover of ‘humanitarian aid’ they decided to bomb Gaddafi troops and so interfere in an inner conflict internationally known as civil war.
Under “UN Resolution1973”NATO was authorized to impose a no-fly zone overLibyato avoid a slaughter of unarmed civilians, pledging that “This is not interference in an inner conflict and not an attack on Libya’s governmental troops or the Libyan Government”.
A pledge that has been broken several times; since the Libyan Air Force has been destroyed the UN Mandate is practically fulfilled and yet NATO keeps bombing Libyan Ground forces to support rebels, which is not covered under the UN Mandate. Even worse NATO has directed its attacks on Gaddafi’s headquarters resulting in the killing of his grandchildren.
And guess what – no protests, no outcry, or screams from any liberal UN butt kisser of the killing small children there.
Once again President Obama shows publically his support for the Muslim brotherhood and once again publically shows his support for the peaceful protesters.
Despite the continued warnings from more conservative forces that the Muslim Brotherhood is highly connected with Hamas and Al Qaeda members the Obama show must go on.
And now even in Syria, where nobody can believe it, serious riots have broken loose. But what is interesting is that the riots in Syria started on the Southside near the Jordan border not so far away from the West bank.
And again the world fully sides with the “Peaceful protesters”. But the location of the Syrian protests is very important to watch here.
On May 1st Obama took advantage of the Bush administration policy and finally ordered the kill of Osama bin Laden.
From this moment on, running from descending poll numbers to a new high altitude, POTUS used the favorableness of the hour to reignite his Middle East Policy and the first step was announcing a 2 Billion Dollar financial aid promise from the U.S. to Egypt (Debt forgiveness for 1 billion dollars and the other 1 billion dollars, free money) and then giving a shocking speech demanding Israel should withdraw to its 1967 borders (pre-war borders).

This demand was immediately shot down by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ofIsrael.
On Nakba-Day 2011 Palestinian protesters started rioting on the Israeli border and for the first time the UNDOF forces were not present to calm down the situation and it came as it had to come: the results were 12 dead and dozens wounded.

But something else happened on that day: 1 single man, ignored by the U.S. Media, managed to break through the Israeli line and flee all the way to Tel Aviv (supported by local “Israeli and French Peace movement groups”. According to newspapers he even used public transportation being unrecognized while sitting shoulder to shoulder with Israeli Soldiers.
28 year old Hassan Hijazi, an employee from the Syrian education ministry broke the border in Quneitra, a city under full control of the UNDOF forces (as I explained exactly in my last column), and fled to Jaffa a suburb of Tel Aviv.
Hijazi turned himself in demanding the right to live in that area where his forefathers lived until the creation ofIsraelin 1948, and his family lost. He also claimed thatIsraeldoes not exist and the land is allPalestine.
Meanwhile Hijazi has been expelled fromIsraeland sent back toSyria. But that is the exact danger I want to point out.
When Benjamin Netanyahu visited the White House onFriday May 20, 2011he rejected Obama’s radical idea of drawing back to the 1967 borders, calling them “indefensible” lines.
In an inimitable interview, after conferring with POUTUS Prime Minister Netanyahu not only gave Obama a lecture in world politics, but also said something very interesting at the end of the press conference.
He said quote: “After 1967 Israel has absorbed all the Jewish refugees from all over the Arab world while on the other hand the Arab world has not absorbed one single Palestinian refugee”.
The world’s reaction to this rejection and speech of the Israeli Prime Minister was just as to be expected; a constant badgering of Israel as the aggressor, his unwillingness for peace, and the allegation that Israel is the oppressor of the poor Palestinians.
But he is right. Just as the map below shows, there are over 7 Million Palestinian refugees surroundingIsrael from 5 sides.

Putting the following three facts together: a) Palestinians will push the UN in September for their own recognized State (only question is where), b) Obama publically announcing the demand of Israel to retreat back to its old borders, and c) UNDOF’s complete unresponsiveness to the riots on Nakba day. This leaves only one reasonable suspicion – THIS WAS A COLD RUN; A REHEARSAL FOR MORE TO COME.
And when we recollect the “Gaza Flotilla” where Palestinians attacked Israeli’s with sticks, baseball bats, and rocks forcing the Israeli Navy to open fire on them this whole perfidious plan makes sense when I say Nakba Day 2011 was a cold run and dress rehearsal.
Just imagine this: 7 Million “peaceful unarmed protesters” start pushing into Israel.
Israel’s military is one of the best in the world and well equipped to fight, and battle every armed conflict, but how are they supposed to react when unarmed civilians from 5 sides with sticks and stones flood the country and occupy the entire area south of the West bank?
If they shoot at them hot (with sharp ammunition) the world’s community will consider Israel the aggressor putting them in the same category with dictators and tyrants.
The bottom line is,Israelis not prepared for that and the UN knows it. All the UN needs to do is either remove its forces (UNODF and UNIFIL) or order them to stand down and let things take its course.
The world will immediately side with the Palestinian refugees andIsraelwill be doomed. Step one, in my opinion,Israelwill be forced to retreat back to its borders of 1967 and in step two Arab Forces will start a new War againstIsraelfor final destruction.
This is impossible? Just take a look at northernAfrica,Syria, and the rest of theMiddle East.
And now imagine 10 million Mexican farmers gathering on our southern borders demanding Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California back supported by the 2 million Illegal’s already inside our borders.
Imagine they start flooding our borders. Knowing that only 44% of the American Southern border is secured what would we do? Would we shoot at the flooding crowd, or would we just stay there and watch?
Just like Israelwe could not fire on the protesters or we would be outlawed in the worlds community, fences won’t hold them or stop them so please you tell me – WHAT WOULD WE DO – WHAT SHOULD ISRAEL DO?

Thor – the Movie
I remember when I was a kid. Like all little boys I could not get enough from Comics, much to the chagrin of my parents, and of course with every comic my fantasy got the best of me. I always wanted to be the Superhero, the one that the girls pine for. Superman was out of the question because I had a problem with gravity, and Batman as well because I was not allowed to leave the house after dark – I tell you my childhood was tough. Hulk I thought was too ugly and as a green monster I could not get the girls.
But there was one that has always been my hero – THOR, the thunder god; I could identify myself with him.
One day my kindergarten sweetheart was not allowed to come out and play and I decided to rescue her from the evil hands of Loki (her evil father). A man’s word is his bond, I took my mom’s best table cloth, a brooch (an heirloom from her grandma), hey I needed a cape after all, and my dad’s sledgehammer. All armed and ready to take on evil I ran out of the house right into our neighbor’s brand-new car where I made a huge dent.
By Odin that was the end of my Superhero career.
Like many others, growing older I learned all about ancient history and their “Gods” in High school and pictured Asgard (the home of the Nordic Gods) as a Spartan place all gray.
With that expectation I went to the movies to watch the new Marvel /Paramountmovie “Thor”. One thing upfront 3D is a must on this movie. I don’t believe that the entire setting comes out quite as good in 2D as it does in 3D.
Director Kenneth Branagh, movie fans know him for “Henry V”, “Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein”, “Hamlet”, or “Valkyrie”, definitely changed my views on Asgard.
Unfortunately he did not use a lot of fantasy and copied many issues and topics from other movies. He took from Star Wars the opulence, from Stargate the idea of the heritage of the ancient Gods (not Gods but rather superior aliens), and a little bit of “Kate and Leopold (the displaced man from the past).
The costumes were excellent, the architecture of the Asgard universe typical Branagh Style opulent with a streak of Shakespeare.
The movie has everything a good adventure needs. A cute and sweet scientist, a good looking hero, some funny friends, the evil and always jealous brother who turns out not to be a real brother, but stolen during a raid and so becomes the traitor, and not even the evil almighty American federal Agents are missing – you know the guys with the dark sunglasses, no sense of humor, a fake name of a top secret Government institution, and almighty governmental power.
The Story is simple: the quite immature and egomaniac Thor almost risks the “weapons hold status” with an enemy world, some real evil, and an ugly looking ice people. All-father Odin casts him out and sends him to Exile on earth.
Not without sending his hammer Mjölnir after him, casting the same with the oath that the hammer is only allowed to come back to Thor when he appears worthy.
It comes as it had to come, Thor is on earth highly misplaced which leads to a lot of funny scenes and a tender love story.
As far as the cast goes:
Chris Hemsworth as Thor did a marvelous job. He was omnipresent, and very sympatric. He definitely outplayed everybody. A natural acting talent we definitely will hear a lot more from. And he even managed to prevail almost equal to the great Sir A. Hopkins, which sure shows his talent and capacity.
Sir Anthony Hopkins as all-father Odin is in a class of his own; he is an excellent character actor, with a presence that is nowhere else to be found. Even if he plays “only” supporting cast, like here, he is the carrying pillar of the movie. No matter if he is mad and mean like a raging godfather or soft and gentle like a loving grandfather; I don’t know anybody else who can show so many facets of his capability.
Natalie Portman as Dr. Jane Foster was very disappointing. She never ran up to her full ability. Knowing her from Star Wars or Black Swan, in this movie she was never really authentic as a scientist. During the entire movie she came across more like a displaced girl with a master’s degree. In my opinion she was outplayed by everybody else and not the center of the movie as she should have been.
Tom Hiddleston did a great job as evil and yet a tattered Loki. His battle of jealousy turning into hatred leading to betrayal and finally evil was excellently portrayed by Tom Hiddleston. An Actor to be watched and if he plays his cards right we will hear some more from him.
The supporting cast from Rene Russo as Frigga (Thor’s mother) to Thor’s friends, beautiful and talented Jaimie Alexander as Sif (makes Xena look like a dumb chick with sword), and Josh Dallas as Fandral did a great job.
Overall, a good family movie that manages 2 hours of a great mix of Magic, Science Fiction, action, comedy, and a love story.
I am happy to say that the movie is without foul language or sex and the most naked skin to be seen is topless Thor in jeans. The movie also managed to have 2 hours of action, blasting lightning, battle scenes, and rumbling without bloodthirsty moments and cruel brutality.
I think the movie has something for everybody, for boys and daddies the action, for mommies and young girls the love story: Only the monsters from the “Ice-world” could cause some nightmares if one of your kids is a little tender and easily scared. Other than that it is a whole lot of fun and definitely worth the money.

Dumping Nuclear Waste on Texas
How do you feel about the safety and well being of yourself and your children being jeopardized for hundreds of years for a profit of 19 Million Dollars in Tax revenue made between 2012 and 2016?
Well, that just happened on 03/30/2011 when the Texas Legislature passed the Law Bill HB 2184 by a vote of 9 Yays, 3 Nays, and 1 not voting.
This Bill in simple terms give one single private company the authorization to collect nuclear waste all across the country and dump it in Texas, while at the same time in a case of Emergency not the company, but the State of Texas accepts ownership and liability.
Endangering Texas Citizens for “probable Revenue Gain” of 19,000,000 (nineteen Million) Dollars in five years. Yes, not in one year that is a total of five years.

Since 03.11.2011 when a Tsunami of biblical magnitude hit the northern part of Japan and not only killed thousands of Japanese, but also destroyed the nuclear power plant of Fukoshima damaging all four reactors the entire world has been discussing the use and the safety of Nuclear Plants.
According to U.S. NRC there are 4 power plants active in the State of Texas. “Comanche Peak 1” and “Comanche Peak 2” which are located on I-40 SW of Fort Worth in central Texas, but “South Texas Project 1” and “South Texas Project 2” are located in Bay City Texas directly on the Gulf Coast in an area well known for its Hurricanes.
Like many Americans I have never wasted much thought on the danger of Nuclear power and trusted in American engineering and professionalism.
But Fukoshima taught me that even the most technologically advanced and sophisticated Country is not immune from the power of nature and its lethal force.
It is the power of Nature in combination with the greed of some businesses that really worries me.
Following the news reports all over the world it is shocking how easy it is for nuclear plant operating companies to cover up and hide dangerous incidents and accidents in their plants, even in highly overregulated socialist countries, such as Europe.
When following the news reports the talk is always about the nuclear fuel rods as being the most dangerous part of a Power plant, but there is a real hidden danger in the nuclear waste. That stuff is at least as lethal and dangerous as the actual rods.
And it’s this nuclear waste that the Texas Legislature has now permitted to be dumped in Texas; by a company with no physical experience in that area, Debra Medina reports.
U.S. NRC classifies nuclear Waste in 4 categories:
1) LLW – Low Level Waste
2) WIR – Waste incidental reprocessing
3) HLW – High level Waste
4) Uranium mill tailings
But just because the Texas Legislature has determined the authorized Waste dump as LLW’s that does not mean the stuff is not dangerous.
The time frame in question when dealing with radioactive waste ranges from 10,000 to 1,000,000 years according to studies based on the effect of estimated radiation. Researchers suggest that the forecast of health detriment for such periods should be examined critically. More practical studies only consider up to 100 years as far as effective planning and cost evaluation (From Wikipedia).
Now putting this in context with a low experienced company and the fact that in any case of emergency the State of Texas takes responsibility, this 19 Million Dollars of tax revenue makes the whole thing look like a big joke.
And the Texas Legislature has not yet revealed where that nuclear Material is supposed to be stored?
And there are many things that can go terribly wrong here.
1) The company does not provide a proper financial assessment and local managers start to dump that stuff illegally
Sure, the federal government represented by the NRC is the superior controller, but let’s be honest since when has a Federal Institution run by a bunch of bureaucrats ever managed to do their job properly.
2) Material can be stolen by Terrorists
The material stored might not be weapon-grade plutonium and capable of building a nuclear bomb, but it could be used for a so called dirty bomb. Dirty bombs are small bombs with small contamination of biological, chemical, or nuclear pyrolyzed material.
3) Storage Units are targets of Terrorists
These storage Units, wherever they might be could be a target of Terrorists either for attacks or for theft, pilferage, and non-delivery.
4) Incompetent handling of Storage material and contamination of Grounds
This is not really made up out of thin air. Many previously “reputable” companies have been caught dumping their contaminated waste for economical reasons illegally or negligently.
But while chemical or biological waste has a measurable half-value-period nuclear waste when dumped negligently contaminates the ground for hundreds of years. And Texas is primarily a ranching State.
That nuclear contamination, once in the ground, can spread all over Texas. The contaminated grass can spread through pollination across the State; it will then be ingested by cattle and other animals affecting their health and then more than likely end up on your dinner table.
5) And there are many more things that can happen.
So, we have two plants right in a Hurricane area, and who is telling us that there is no way a Tsunami can hit the state of Texas? We also will now have nuclear waste dumped in our State and we the Texas Taxpayer are not only going to carry the burden of financial liability, but also take the risk of contamination.
And again, do you really think in case of an accident the information and warnings will be given out immediately or accurately? Observing (especially lately) how Nuclear Power companies deal with accidents and the release of information to the public, I doubt that.
As far as I am concerned I have already called members of the Texas Legislature to stop that nonsense and I urge you to do the same.
I am not one of those green activists or radical environmental protectors, but I am a resident of Texas, a proud Texan, and a father of a son who worries about the future and Japan has not only opened my eyes, but also made me re-think my position on this.

U.S. Armed Forces in Libya – What if?
The United States is at War again.
On March 7, 2011 – The French and the United Kingdom first pressured for the establishment of a No-Fly Zone over Libya, but backed down. As of this moment the military interference in an internal Conflict, commonly known as Civil War, was on the table.
The Arab league supported this Idea, but never intended to get involved by themselves just in case something went terribly wrong, and in a military conflict there is always a possibility to blame others.
On March 17, 2011 – the Unites Nations Security Council approved, from pressure of the French President Sarkozy, a military intervention in Libya.
“SC/10200 United Nations security council approves a ‘No-Fly Zone’ over Libya’ (1), authorizing ‘All measures’ to protect civilians.
This fungous declaration leaves a lot of room for interpretation and even more questions.
On March 19, 2011 – the First Air Strikes began in cooperation with Missile attacks from U.S. Battle ships.
President Obama has, illegally and without consent, sent U.S. Armed Forces into a conflict. Though he had plenty of time to consult with the Congress and call for an urgent emergency meeting getting Congressional Approval, President Obama decided to play Golf, pick his favorite NCAA team and travel to South America.
This action is not only highly illegal but also endangers American soldiers. Illegal because we have a constitution and the constitution is clear on when, where and how the president is authorized to engage the Armed Forces in a conflict without Congressional Approval.
The War Power Act from 1973 (2), established by the 93rd Congress after the Vietnam conflict was put in place exactly to prevent any U.S. President to engage the U.S. in a War without approval again.
More important than the Power Act is the United States constitution. Article I – Section VIII (3) rests the power to declare War solely to the United States Congress, and requires both the Commander-in-Chief AND the Congress to commit U.S. Troops; otherwise any Action would be unconstitutional.
Article II – Section II (3) of the U.S. Constitution sure identifies the U.S. President as the civilian oversight of the U.S. Military and Commander in chief, but does not allow him to use the Armed Forces to enforce its political will on foreign Nations.
March 22, 2011 – the first American Airplane, an F-15 Strike Eagle, crashes over Libya (4). And despite the statements from the Pentagon that this Jet was ‘Not’ shot down, but crashed due to technical failure the situation remains the same. According to UK Guardian the Pilots could not have known if the people who found them were friendly or non-friendly since they all were heavily armed.

Praise the Lord the Fighter Pilots are safe and well, but it could have been the other way around.
There are many questions that now rise from this situation. Speaker of the House John Boehner sent a few questions to President Obama concerning the American involvement in this “Action” I think he asked the wrong questions. So let me as ask a few here:
My first question concerns the UN Resolution – Gaddafi, Libya and the rebels
The UN Resolution declares “All necessary Measures to protect Civilians”. But what does that mean, who is a civilian in this case and who is a participant in an armed internal conflict.
In my understanding of the Geneva Convention (5) a person that is armed and participates in a violent action is not to be considered an unarmed unprotected Civilian and falls under the rules of Engagement.
Muammar al-Gaddafi should have been taken out 30 years ago. But it was the European Countries, especially France, Germany, Austria, Russia and so on who protected him and made him diplomatically eligible (6).
No matter what one thinks about Gaddafi he is the legal Head of Libya, his citizens have supported him for the past 30 years. Now the very same Citizens rebel against him.
I definitely agree and support the revolution, but this is an internal conflict and when the UN claims falsely that the western alliance is to protect “Civilians” this is a fraudulent inflammatory statement because as I mentioned above armed Civilians participating in a violent conflict are not protected under the Geneva Convention.
So here is my first question – why is the United Nations so eager to get involved in that conflict?
In my opinion the United Nations together with the French and the UK in cooperation with the European Union uses the U.S. Armed Forces to interfere illegally to overthrow a uncomfortable Dictator for economical (in favor of the European Union and NOT the U.S.) and political reasons (to strengthen Muslim radical groupings).
My next Questions go straight to the Situation of the American Soldiers.
The fact that we have never officially declared war on Libya raises many questions concerning the legal status of our Armed Forces.
Many Military experts and the NATO command already warn that, should the rebels not prevail, a Ground Force operation would be the next logical step. Taking a closer look at the fuzzy UN declaration the application of Ground Forces is not being ruled out. And that brings me to the point.
Since when – does the United Nations run our Armed Forces for their advantage? Since when is the UN in charge of our Soldiers? Ok you might say – sure since the UN puppet Obama is president – but where is the Congress on this?
What is the benefit – does that mean we now get access to the oil and gas of Libya or does that mean we spend American Tax Dollars (over 70 Million Dollars in the past 3 days in Tomahawk Missiles) to make sure the Arab league and the European Union gets the financial benefit?
What if – the fighter Jet Pilots would have been shot down, not in friendly but enemy territory? Since Gaddafi already declared that he does not accept the UN resolution, he could have considered the Pilots terrorists, spies, or God knows what and punished them at will, even execution.
What if – we send ground forces into Libya? What is the status of the conflict? Is this a Police Action, a war, an expedition – what?
And the question is not so far off because this question involves the treatment of the soldiers and their families when they come home according to the U.S. Veterans Affairs regulations.
Only Combat Veterans participating in an official declared War are eligible for the “War-veteran-Benefits” (7). Every military person knows that the benefits, retirement, and other social assistance for homecoming soldiers have a specific distinction – Soldiers in times of peace and soldiers in combat.
What happens – to the families of the fallen? Do they receive surviving dependents benefits of a soldier at war or the smaller benefits for a soldier in peace?
Remember we have never declared war officially on Libya.
Remember how long it took to accept the Vietnam Veterans legally as War Veterans? It took until 2003, under the Bush Administration to recognize veterans’ benefits for Soldiers exposed to Agent Orange (7). Or the legal battles on legally accepting the fact that Operation Desert Storm participants had been exposed to Chemical Weapons and grant the benefits for this. And it is confirmed that Gaddafi holds Mustard gas weapons.
What if – those F-15 Pilots would have been killed – what regulation would apply to them and their families left behind, since we are not at War with Libya?
Despite the legal constitutional aspect of Obama’s narcissist lone-ranger actions, where he thinks he can do whatever he feels like, once again I think he has confused his job description with that of a dictator. Here in America we have a democracy, a system with “Checks and Balances” a House body and a Senate body it is not a 1 man show; Apparently Harvard Law School no longer teaches the rules of our three branches of government.
I am sure there are tons of questions that can be asked but those are the ones that burn on my heart right now.
As far as I am concerned – all we can do is pray for our men and women in the Armed Forces for their safe return as they follow their loyal calling as Service members. God bless you and thank you for your service.
Pray that they all return home safe because our President in my opinion has not given any serious thought to this unauthorized action and its consequences.
Mr. President, Mr. Speaker of the House Boehner:
Would anybody please explain this to me or answer my questions? Since I am a citizen and a Taxpayer I am entitled to the answers.
